Customer Support and Sales Executive: Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls
Answering Customer Queries as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested, Email handling, Chat, Customer support, Schedule and Follow Up Calls.
- Knowledge of products, providing quality customer service on every outgoing & incoming call.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with participants.
- Promote good listening skills and manage length of calls.
- Recognize and manage assertive customer calls
- Convert calls and inquiries into sales
- Organize and priorities duties
- Experience in telesales is preferred
- Able to do product presentations (if required)
Core Competencies: Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet Excellent Typing Skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Professional telephone manner
Minimum experience: 2 Years.
