Job Description

 Candidates would be deployed in the Airports to facilitate tourist assistance.

Good in Communication skills English Hindi of the regional language

six Months Customer Care Experience Preferably Tourism Experience not mandate

Good in Communication Skills

Interact with tourist visitor face to face or over phone provide response queries related to tourism in India

Information related to railways Airport Bus Hotels and tourist places etc. are required to be disseminated among tourists.

Persons manning the counter should have knowledge of local tourist paces of city and other places also.

Preference for local resources and desirable knowledge and good communication skills.

To share the space with India tourism representative at the facilitation center.

Fluent in Hindi and local dialects

Experience in handling calls in BPO Customer facing Roll OR tourism industry
