Job description

v  Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

v  Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking

v  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

v  Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

v  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

v  Generate Sales Leads

v  Experience in customer support / telesales related to home appliances industry / property maintenance services would be given preference.
