Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good hands on MS- Office ( Ms- Excel)
Good IQ level Client/customer queries Handling
Tracker record of all the queries and related solutions
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Bachelors degree in any field 0 1 years of experience level.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure .
Co-ordinating between customers & Technical team in order to provide on time solution of their queries Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Handle complaints/queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail
