Job description

  • Claim settlement based on Insurance Company specifications and patient eligibility
  • Blended process - Voice cum data
  • Re-billing the rejected claims with corrected claim details, etc.
  • Ensuring the we bridge the information vacuum necessary to settle claims
  • Calling on the appropriate insurance companies to resolve any delay or non-payment issues
  • Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time
  • Prepare and maintain status reports

NOTE - Candidates pursuing graduation will not be considered.

- Comfortable with US shift timings
- Candidate will have 45 days training in days shift (7.30 am to 5 pm)
- Selection amount will only be credited if the candidate is selected and agree's to sign the bond with the company and accept the given Salary
- Candidates should be within the boundary of Bhayandar/ Dombivali/ Panvel/Mumbai CST
- Candidate should carry Aadhar card for the interview
- Candidate should be comfortable to sign service agreement
