Co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholders (the creative agencies, founding team, sales operations, website development etc.) to make sure the website has a constant flow of visitors/orders.
This will be done by:
1. Making sure there is a post calendar each month, and that it is adhered to by the creative agency;
2. Relevant ad campaigns are running at all times;
3. Analysing data from previous and ongoing campaigns across platforms to understand which ones worked and why;
4. Analysing data on the website to understand the complete sales funnel (inc abandoned carts) and figuring out ways to minimize drop offs at any stage
