Work with Head of Marketing to Plan and execute digital marketing strategy, including (not limited to) paid ads, social media, email, community building display advertising campaigns
Generating online behavioural insights & turning them into action plans to improve customer engagement.
Understand the customer journey (online/offline) and create touchpoints across the digital journey
Be able to monitor and measure key metrics; Provide concise, timely & accurate reporting, including brand tracks and ad performance reports where possible
Compute ROI of online media activity and draw recommendations to optimize paid media campaign results to ensure lowest cost of acquisition.
Must have experience in leading and managing social media, email, and/or display advertising campaigns and driving performance for said campaigns
Thorough understanding and experience with online advertising platforms and analytics (google ad words, facebook ads, google analytics).
Experience with more advanced features and concepts in stated tools.
