1. Responsible for achieving sales target through telly-calling by successfully managing the team of telecallers/digital sales executives.
2. Proper training & recommendation for appointing or discontinuing any sales executives in favor of organizational welfare.
3. Allotment of calling area/DCR Panel to sales executives.
4. Take strict daily calling reports of each sale executive and assure that information should be sent on the same day through mail/sms/whatsapp.
5. Analyze and cross check weakly positive reports to successfully achieve the monthly target before the end of month.
6. Build and promote strong customer relationships by solving their problems and understanding their needs.
7. Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
8. Make new marketing and promoting strategies and ensure its execution after approval of management to achieve sales targets.
