<p>1. Responsible for achieving sales target through telly-calling by successfully managing the team of telecallers/digital sales executives.</p><p>2. Proper training & recommendation for appointing or discontinuing any sales executives in favor of organizational welfare.</p><p>3. Allotment of calling area/DCR Panel to sales executives.</p><p>4. Take strict daily calling reports of each sale executive and assure that information should be sent on the same day through mail/sms/whatsapp.</p><p>5. Analyze and cross check weakly positive reports to successfully achieve the monthly target before the end of month.</p><p>6. Build and promote strong customer relationships by solving their problems and understanding their needs.</p><p>7. Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.</p><p>8. Make new marketing and promoting strategies and ensure its execution after approval of management to achieve sales targets.</p>
