Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Offline (B2B, Dealers, etc.) & Online Sales (Marketplaces) for Used gadgets.
Follow-up with customers
Coordination with various teams
Update status & reports
Collate leads from online and offline sources
Required to develop various Sales channels.
First and foremost - A People Person!!
Minimum 3 years experience preferably in Hardware Sales (B2B or B2C) of Consumer Electronics - Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, etc.
Excellent communication skills (verbal English & Hindi, written English)
Required to rapidly research and troubleshoot
Basic computer operating skills
3-5 years of eCommerce / Retail experience is preferred
