Work Role for Non Voice – Back Office:

Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion.
Understanding the customer's requirements and assist them process emails/chats/cases.
Excellent Communication MAndatory.

Work Role For Voice:

To ensure that business and customers are protected from risks and losses
To review potential fraudulent reservations for prevention and detection of fraud
To develop, communicate and implement optimum fraud prevention strategies
To take appropriate actions based on transaction characteristic
