Job Description

  • Providing customer support and issue resolution to email queries via E-mail and following up on it if not addressed immediately.
  • Providing refund services for all cancellation of bus tickets within specified timelines.
  • Delivering world class customer service and build customer delight and loyalty.
  • Providing end to end solution to customer issue/complaints within specified timelines
  • Maintaining daily reports by tracking all service requests.
  • Identify customer trends and highlights them to the team lead.

Interview Process:


  1. 1st round – HR screening
  2. 2nd round – Online test (listening, Verbal & reasoning)
  3. 3rd round – Quality round (communication check round)
  4. 4th round – Operations Head round
