Roles and Responsibilities
· Assisting and managing calendar, appointment and meetings with clients and customers.
· Coordinating with external people for organizing events.
· Single point of contact for all communications and meetings on behalf of manager.
· Preparing presentations, posters and other email drafts for major communication and social media awareness.
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
· Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
