Job description


.    Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate place.

2.    Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the connect offices.

3.    Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems.

4.    Deal with booking by phone, e mail, website, face to face etc.

5.    Complete the procedure when patients arrive and leave.

6.    Take and pass on message to patients.

7.    Deal with special request from patients.

8.    Answer questions about the hospitality and the surrounding area.

9.    Deal with complaints or problems.

10.    Schedule and confirm appointment and maintain.

11.    Entre patients data and send correspondence.

12.    Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
