The Executive would have to:
- Making appointments with Truck-owners and pitching wheel eye offerings
- Convince fleet owners to purchase wheel eye services after negotiating prices
- Achieving sales targets to earn a bonus of up to 80000 per month
- Upsell the existing onboard truckers with Tyre Sales / Insurance / Fuel Cards etc
- Collecting payments and submitting details to the sales office
- Train Truckers about basic usage of the wheelseye product/application
- Escalation Management and Handholding truckers with after sales service
1. Experience : 1 - 3 years preferably in banks, insurance, FMCG, real estate, Fuel card/Fastag sales, Logistics background.
2. Salary : Rs 15K (Fixed) + Heavy Incentives ( Already shared above in detail)
3. They should preferably have a 2 Wheeler.
4. They should preferably be young and energetic since the payout will be incentive driven.
5. Good Peoples Skill & Street Smart.
6. People with background in banking sales(CaSa , Loans, Credit Cards, DEMAT accounts), FMCG Sales, Real estate or any other target driven job would be a good fit for the role.
7. The candidate should have a way with understanding of technology, since he would need to have in depth understanding of the software
