Job Description

Willingness to work across the assigned area is of 15 to 18 km and this is mandatory

  1. Area allotted to work will continue for a week. 
  2. Pitch about Ninjacart to retail shops and Kirana stores and make them order the platform.
  3. Minimum targets for a day 300kg order ( 40/50 executing customer data will be provided)
  4. Minimum order from the customer is 20kg per customer. 
  5. Daily field visits from old customers and,  rarely new customers can be onboarded. 
  6. Willingness to work across the assigned area is of 15 to 18 km and this is mandatory
  7. Aadhar card & Pan card name & DOB has to match. (if any different Interview will not happen) 
  8. Bike mandatory with licence & RC. 
  9. Joining will be on all days.
  10. Aadhar Card with Mobile no link / full date of birth. 

  11. 0 month to 2 years of experience in field sales can apply

  12. HSC pass candidate mandatory. 

  13. Freshers are allowed with Good communication and negotiation skills.
  14. Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries

  15. Ensure correct Orders from Old database of retail shops, Kirana stores, and customers. 

  16. Target percentage achieved Daily will be converted to Weekly and then to Monthly Percentage.

  17. 2600 travelling allowance and daily allowance (100 per day) 26 days working
