Candidates hired will be sent on field as representation of leading water purifier brands(like Eureka Forbes and Livpure) on field to attend customer complaints. They will receive elaborate technical training across various products in the particular brands and might also be exposed to other products in the consumer durables sector.
The candidates will receive customer details on a mobile application designed for their ease and convenience and would be expected to take care of all customer issues within stipulated SLAs(Service Level Agreement). They will also be given complete training of the mobile app.
