The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Required Skill Set:
Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Prior work experience in IT recruitment would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the Job description.
Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
