She must be having Effective communication skills to attend the inbound calls.
She must have good listening to understand the client requirements and put the right information in the given format.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material e.g. pens, forms, paper etc.
Greet and welcome guests
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing express and securing parcels etc.
Take up other duties as assigned e.g. travel arrangements, schedules etc.
Check offline messages. Record and upload details in LCF Form.
Check the missed calls in IVR knowlarity panel and call them to check their requirement.
Check the meeting scheduled of the day in Hongyi JIG office and prepares banners for all the visitors.
Check all the Facebook/LinkedIn and YouTube pending comments and notifications
Monitor office maintenance checklist
Send 25-30 connection requests in LinkedIn on daily basis.
Proven experience as front desk representative.
Maintain the office machines e.g. fax, printer etc.
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English in oral and written
Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation.
Should have a robotics personality.
Must have good command over mannerism to greet the customer.
Must have good command over English speaking and understanding to talk in front hand with Clients.
She must be having excellent in attending sales calls.
