Responsibilities and Duties
To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, customers, etc.
To answer calls and coordinating with internal team members
To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures
To handle special administrative projects, if there is any prerequisite
To answer queries of visitors and supply required information to them.
To assist other staffs with excess work, including accounts entry, data entry and internet research tasks
To maintain complete professionalism and courtesy in communication while dealing with clients, customers, etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must have done 12th or preferably Graduate or Post graduate
Previous Customer Handling or Front office experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills
Should be well versed with MS office
Good Communication skills with pleasing personality
Excellent customer handling skills
Performing multifaceted general office support
Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials
Sending and receiving forms for the company
Preference given to female candidates
