Genesis Support Engineer
Responsible to maintain all Telephony systems and manage all major, complex telephony systems implementation projects At least 2 years supporting Genesis Framework with Inbound Voice, Outbound and Multimedia. (A Must) Genesis Log reading and troubleshooting (required) Real-time Reporting , CC Pulse (required). |
Day to Day Maintaining and Administration of the Genesis Software Operation level experience Genesis , CTI, IVR , Reporting products/technologies GVP (nice to have) Work Experience 2-6 years of experience in Contact centre industry. At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Outbound dialler platform (Genesis) Also required understanding of voice network technologies and products. Exposure to Database and Windows/Linux is desirable. |
