Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Managing Internet / Print / File sharing on network .
Computer Assembling, formatting
Basic installation, configuration and support of IT equipment (Desktop, laptops, printers etc.).
Configuring and maintaining MS Outlook users
