Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls (US) related with computers
- Engage customer on calls and help in identifying the technical errors
- Offer instant support to customer’s issues related to windows laptops and MAC devices
- Solve issues related to error codes or black screen
You are fit for the position if you can:
- In detail guidance to troubleshoot technical issues
- Possess good communication skills
Job Details:
- Working Days: 6 days in a week
- Shift Timings: Night shift (US) 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month
- Incentives and Increment: After 6 months of joining

Consider yourself eligible for the post if:
- Have 1 year of experience in International Outbound / Inbound tech process
- Can take care of payments and can sell the plans to the customers
- Have great knowledge of technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, Router, antivirus, Email issues, MAC etc and can solve it
- Can manage PPC Calls without any trouble
