ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main task of the office executive is to handle calls from customer or clients and provide them with their solution to queries.
Executive must willing to learn new things every time and then.
Must discuss every matter and issue with the senior supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.
Giving solution to client or customer must be the whole and sole responsibility.
Should carry out various other professional services like business research,legal services and financial analysis.
Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
Must effectively set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalation and maintain relevancy and quality while providing service to customer.
Performing monthly milestones report and project progress report to discuss with the clients.
Maintain the important logs and documentation regards the detail of the task during the outsourced process.
