Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties |
Provide clerical and administrative support to anotherdepartment. |
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) |
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, |
recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) |
Conduct Induction and Orientation program for the new joinee and complete the joining formalities. |
Assist management in performance assessment of employees. |
Coordinate HR activities (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes of the same. |
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations |
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) |
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures |
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews |
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database |
Scheduling and accomplishingreward and recognition/employee engagement programs. |
Prepare and Update JDs. |
Conduct weekly meetings. |
Nurture a positive work environment |
Evaluate the work sheet of the employees. |
Responsible to implement the HR process and procedures and update the same as and when required. |
Responsible for canteen and housekeeping management |
Responsible for labour acquisition as per the need |
Responsible to imply safety regulatory |
Responsible for all legal compliances, PF, ESIC etc. |
Responsible to supervise the cleanliness of the premises. |
