Manage employees by setting up company policies and recruit suitable candidates
· Handling Recruitment end to end process.
· Screening of suitable resumes based on the current requirement.
· Recruitment calls, e-mails to candidates for internal IT/Non IT vacancies.
· Placing ads in Social medias like Linkedin, facebook.
· Job postings in various job portals – Naukri,Monster etc
· Capable to conduct job fair and campus drive independently.
· Handling vendors, recruitment agencies and maintaining good relationship with all departments.
· Negotiating price ,follow up with vendors for office administration.
· Joining Formalities, on boarding process.
· Meetings with clients.
