Induction - Provides employee workstation, PC, ID card, visiting cards, creation of official E-mail Id, allocating phone number ,send welcome mail.
Orientation of new employees about the organizational policies and procedures, facilitating their interaction with different functional heads to make them aware of different departments.
Issuing & maintaining letters like Offer, Appointment, Confirmation & Appraisal
Counseling and mentoring staff on regular intervals. Resolve employee grievances on time with priority.
Ensure proper full & final settlement, issuing relieving and experience letters
