Job Description

  • Team Head Report directly to President/Vice-President and Director
  • Coordinate and Monitor with the HR team
  • Team Head Report the work to President/Director on Daily basics.
  • Develop plan for Startup Look Magazine Hiring along with President
  • Team Members report the work to Team Head and Vice-President
Daily responsibilities include:
  • Calling the applicants and schedule interviews
  • Posting various recruitment ads
  • Visiting colleges and consultancies for recruitment purpose
  • Attending and assisting in job-fair & recruitment campuses
  • Candidate sourcing from various job portal
  • Conducting preliminary interviews for prospective candidates
  • Coordinating the interview process - scheduling interviews, etc.
  • Communicating with candidates about the status of their applications
  • Conduct reference check of the candidates selected
  • Regularly report on the status of recruitments and data about candidates
  • Reviewing regularly the quality of CVs and its effectiveness and incorporate changes
  • trategize, plan, and executive a business development strategy to meet the company growth requirements
  • Create Contract for Selected Candidates
  • Issue Certificate to the Interns
  • Maintain a track of performance of the Interns
  • Ensuring overall implementation of HR processes within the company
  • Following up and maintaining synergy within the departmental heads and the HR
  • Updating leaves and taking care of LMS
  • Generating HR letters as and when required
  • Help in organizing open house events
  • Help in planning and conducting fresher/intern training
  • Feedback collation on trainee and trainers for fresher/intern training
  • Research on external training
  • Update calendar invites for upcoming TJU sessions
  • follow up for training material
