Uolo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for
generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business.

Requirements:
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and
interact with potential customers
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any degree in any field
- Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi is must
- Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and Excel).

Responsibilities:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
calls and emails
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further
development and closure
Handle regular business process improvements and updates
Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of
acquiring and retaining customers
