Job description

Uolo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for

generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business.

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing startup company that is attempting to

revolutionizing education, by connecting schools and parents. We are looking for highly

motivated and self driven individuals.

Requirements:

- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and

interact with potential customers

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Self-motivated and self-directed

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Any degree in any field

- Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi is must

- Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,

and Excel).

Responsibilities:

 Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold

calls and emails

 Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further

development and closure

 Handle regular business process improvements and updates

 Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

 Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of

acquiring and retaining customers
