Job Summary:
Designation - Customer Care Executive/Sr Customer Care Executive
Shift Timing :
· Full Time – 1:45 pm to 9:45 pm(UK)
· Part Time – 4:30 pm to 9:45 pm(Canada)
Job Location - Dunlop
Week off - Sunday
Experience Required - At least 3 months of experience in Tech Support Outbound Process
Fresher’s with excellent communication skills can also apply for the job
Responsibilities and Duties:-
· Providing Technical supports to the Customers through voice calling.
· Guiding them through step by step procedure.
· Describing different service plans to the Customer.
· Transfer the call to the senior for sale purpose
