Responsibilities:
-Sourcing, Screening, providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles-Coordinating with the Client and Candidate for interview schedules-Delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
-Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience in recruiting through social media sites and Job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
