getter and source of motivation and support for team and readily available.
Responsible for Distribution and Visibility of Brand in Assigned Area.
Monitor Company Strategy Implementation by Team.
Achievement of Primary Sales Targets.
Maintaining and increasing customer base.
Retention and Development of Team.
Maintaining discipline and systems.
Sales Planning and forecasting.
Periodic performance evaluation of Team and giving feedback.
Analyze the market forces, competitor activities and provide timely feedback for continuous growth
of brand in assigned area.
Maintaining company image, harmony among team, transparency in all operations, and coordination
Identification of new potential markets, Customers (retailers/ distributor) for continuous expansion of
Scouting and recruitment of talented candidates during Field work as per procedure.
Completely remain in Touch with all field related activities, visit markets all days other than Meetings,
meet retailers and distributors. Minimum 20 days Field Work is mandatory for ASM every month.
