Roles & Responsibilities:
-Data gathering/managementLiaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
-Identify target markets and analyze current market trends
-Communicating with target audiences, i.e., the self-employed people and managing customer relationships;
-Team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business development process.
-Ability to learn new marketing strategies and understand quickly and their applications in business solutions
-Manage promotional activities to endorse products
-Carry out customer surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning
-Reporting to the Head Office.Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
-Resolving customer issues if any, at the right time.
