Job Description

  • Agency coordination

  • Come up with ideas to integrate some other marketing activities around the BTL activity so as to have a better recall, eg. if we are having a BTL in a business park; you can have tea cups (thermocol ones) in cafeteria and nearby tea stalls, take one bus shelter banner adjacent to corporate park,

  • Think of unique ways to draw more engagement in the park, manage the BTL budget, though there would be promoters but you have to be there to supervise the event.

  • Evaluate agency performance by making metrics etc.

  • Talk to the corporate HR, Admin and strike a form of association. Permission for venue and other options.

  • Running end to end activity from transport of inventory to last minute decision to have better results.

  • Making report and maintaining data base.

  • To co-ordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries / execution of assigned tasks / activities.

  • To implement cost saving measures so as to maximize the profitability of the event.

  • Planning & execution of on-ground events

  • Visit area for new marketing ideas.

  • Preparing reports of projects executed.

  • To plan, organize & execute events/workshops.

  • Market research & competition analysis.
