Job Description | · Broad IT infrastructure knowledge and experience in delivering migration projects from On-premises Microsoft Exchange 2010 Email to Microsoft Office 365. · Implementation & integration experience of Office 365 and Exchange 2010 · Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support and troubleshooting · Strong understanding of Office 365 interface, domains, security groups, tenancy, users and licenses · Administration, support and configuration of Microsoft Office 365 · Maintain operational health of Microsoft Office 365 services like Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, Yammar, OneDrive and other Office 365 components. · Exchange online administration o Connectivity settings for outlook o Transport rules o Anti-spam configuration o Exchange online archiving o Litigation hold and compliance · DNS configuration specific to Office 365 services · Microsoft DirSync and Active Directory integration · Setup Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) · Knowledge in PowerShell and basic Python programming · Experience in SharePoint administration including creating sites & enabling features · Experience in OneDrive · Strong understanding of day to day functionality in Exchange, Active Directory, Stream, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive · End user support & training o Training and educating end users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Yammar, OneNote) Analyze system logs, storage utilization reports, and quota reports |
EXPERIENCE | · Overall working experience of 8-10 years · 2-3 years of working experience in O365 and ADFS · 5 years of working experience in Cloud · CTC - 30% hike subject to a maximum of 11-13LPA |
