Call and counsel students to facilitate admission and application for overseas education across multiple destinations.
Maintain and Update accurate student information from enquiry stage to enrollment stage in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on daily basis.
Meet monthly targets and maintain conversion ratio.
Maintaining accurate records of students counseled, applications, offer letters, visa letters and enrollments information.
Coordinate efficiently with Universities for timely execution of student application. Liaise with students and parents update the status of student application regularly.
Undertake project work as decided by the Office Manager, Senior Heads or the Directors.
Maintain a professional relationship with students, internal offices staff and educational institutional representatives.
Maintain good customer service, appraisal and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process.
Good knowledge of International Education Industry
Positive attitude and motivation to accomplish and overachieve assigned targets
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Ability to execute, plan and communicate activities on timely manner
Goal orientated and proactive approach.
Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language
