Job description

Roles And Responsibility


Attend Patients & Answer Calls at OPD Desk cordially to all the people & Docs in the reporting hours


Punch Appts for all Appointment related calls & Walk in patient request through all the channels (Offline & Online) in Qikwell.


Check Availability of any given Doctor, Leave marking of Doc schedule in Qikwell software at all times


Mark Patient check in & Check out in the Qikwell Software at all times for the Appointments. Mark Appropriate status of patients who did not turn up for appointments by making a phone call to them


Guide & Answer Patients on their queries on any hospital related matter for their appointments, Admissions, Dx , Rx and others as applicable


Check Missed calls every 30 mins on different channels to ensure patients whose calls did not connect are dialled back

Daily call OPD Patients before the OPD hour of the given doctor to ensure if the patient is coming.

Daily call the OPD Doctors to inform them of the schedule of the day.


Ensure Billing & cas h Management is efficiently managed at the OPD Desk


Daily Settle Card Transactions of the POS Machine and keep Merchant Copy handy by writing patient name in the Stub at all times

Handover  cas h to the Knight Health Operations SPOC on a daily basis for their patients.

Trigger required reports of the day for KH team to ascertain developments of the day.


Plan & Inform your leaves a week before if applying for less than 2 days and a month in advance if applying for more than 2 days. Emergency leaves can be informed to the reporting manager.


Help the IPD Patients in Smooth check in & Check out


Guide IPD Patients to Patient counselling center whenever required.
