Role & Responsibilities
Co-own the sales target with sales team and help them achieve on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Acquire Technical Expertise to support sales, solutioning, deployment and support.
Conceptualize solutions and create on the customer’s current and future requirements.
Building strong relationships and created opportunities starting from scratch with some accounts across India in various verticals.
Conduct demos and POCs as part of sales support that demonstrates our capability to the potential clients to help improve sales conversion.
To identify potential clients’ needs and work with Business Units to deliver proposals, project-based case studies, white papers, etc.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements from technical stand point and co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders to prepare complete solution to meet customer requirement.
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
Supporting marketing in launch new offerings , domain specific campaigns and industry event preparations
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a solution / service will meet client’s needs
Providing trainings, webinars and producing support material for the customers, partners and sales team
Managing knowledge repository reusable technical documents, case studies and sales presentations
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3 - 6 years’ experience in a pre-sales / technical role in SMB / Enterprise/Security software domain
BE / B Tech, BSc, Bachelor’s in computer science and/Engineering or MBA;Degree in IT or related field is an advantage
Prior experience of having worked with IT System Integrators (security practice) or Consulting player (security practice) - Preferred
Demonstrated ability and successful track record in pre-sales / technical offerings in Information Security, MSS, Cyber security and Cloud Solutions.
Possess ready knowledge and product expertise on keys security technologies and solutions and specialized expertise in one or more network technologies.
Experience in preparing business solution proposal.
Strong presentation skills and ability to interact well with customers at Middle to senior level and savvy in typical security deployments
Well versed in security technology and Managed services and Operations models to determine customer needs and sell
Ability to think creatively, identify problems and offer solutions with minimal guidance
Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
Able to travel from time to time within territory
