Responsibilities:
You will assist in presenting our technology and our vision to prospective customers during the sales
cycle.
Work directly with prospects to demonstrate and communicate the value proposition of videos in any
business function.
Understand any technical requirement of prospects, evaluate the feasibility and communicate to
prospects.
You will be expected to collaborate with Product Management, engineering and other tech teams.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape of competing and
complementary technologies.
You will be expected to gather intelligence on market trends and expectations.
Requirements:
2 or more years of work experience in a Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering / Presales role in
a SaaS company.
Creative problem solver with a proven track record of success.
Comfortable delivering technical sales presentations, product positioning, and objection handling.
Familiarity and experience with common help desk platforms (Zendesk, Front, Salesforce,
Freshworks)
Experience with CRM and Sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Zoho CRM)
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
