Job Description

  • Analyze and review the engineering specifications, manufacturing methods, processes and activities.
  • Co-operate with engineering and manufacturing teams for successful completion of a project.
  • Identify and control the problem occurs during the production process for smooth functioning.
  • To prepare quality documents as PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, WORK INSTRUCTION etc.
  • Study the process capability, process validation.
  • To establish and new product line from scratch till production.
  • Study the cycle time, motion time, line balancing.
  • To design improved versions of jigs, fixtures and implement automation wherever possible.
