Roles & Responsibilities
Be involved in the full software development life-cycle, from ideation through implementation to post-Production support. Release management for consumer oriented products. Interact with cross-functional teams to gather estimates/proposals and generate project plans.
Manage software implementation projects, including providing full project management, creation and maintenance of implementation documentation and tracking timelines and deliverables. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during design and implementation, and in post-production.
Work with external and internal partners on integration and product expansion opportunities and move quickly from one phase of a project to another with a commitment to the highest possible quality standards.
Participate in projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodology. Play a key role in improving operational efficiencies through sy improve methodology. Play a key role in improving operational efficiencies through system automation.
An ideal candidate:
5 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
2 years of experience as a software engineer, developer, or equivalent technical experience.
Proven track record of shipping software and successfully released web apps.
Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
