Lead and drive the execution and development of the project including scope, schedule and cost
Work with the stakeholders and other internal team to define the goals and objectives of specific project(s) and define individual team members' roles and responsibilities
Detail the customer requirement, review interim results and development details with the client.
Ensuring projects complete on time and within budget
Manage daily/weekly stand-ups / sprint plans.
Prepare project documentation for internal / external stakeholders.
Identification and analysis of potential project changes and facilitation of change control for approval.
Resource planning in a timely manner to ensure the project is properly staffed with the skilled resources required.
Managing internal and external stakeholders, understanding their communication requirements and being the bridge across multiple engagements.
