The job involves -
1. Handling digitisation of office records
2. Managing the website - directing & keeping track of 'contact us' correspondence/job applications & follow up - keeping records of the supplliers/investors/sales enquiries/channel & service partners - uploading/updating status/blogs/posts etc.
3. Office coordination, maintenance & administrative work & Handling petty cash.
4. Visitor management
5. Handling/maintaining filing system as well as physical inward & outward correspondence
6. Co-ordination between service/channel/works & professional agencies
7. Preparing draft documents, correspondence, presentations etc.
