Overseeing daily operations, implementing policies and SOPs.
Achieving sales budgets, and setting performance objectives for sales team and guiding them through out.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints with professionalism.
Determine service levels to customers by analysing all types of MIS and take necessary actions. Seek new business opportunities and coordinate with Sales team to secure contracts.
Review and analyze OPS/Sales performance, guide team accordingly and suggest improvement plans to Management.
Report to General Manager and Managing Director on all aspects of Region.
Keep a tab on outstanding of customers and intervene as and when required.
