Job Title: Relationship Executive
Company: Kashavi Homes.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Sec. 63
Salary: Rs. 15000 + Incentives to Rs. 30,000 + Incentives per month
Job Summary
Part of the Sales and Marketing team
- Design and implement Sales and Marketing strategy
- Deal in selling large land parcels, Exposure in a Lease sale, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Sales. Large Warehouse Space.
- Overall profit center management
- Initiating sales promotion activities, participating in corporate campaigns/ events to showcase product
- Develop and Manage prospective clients/customers interested to invest in the Company's Real Estate Product and ensure revenue generation enabling the Organization to meet its Business Plan & Objectives.
- Helping in product configuration, amenities, pricing, and project positioning.
- Introduction of best practices.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base

Responsibilities and Duties
Generating innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
Prepares and recommends the Sales budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.
Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitability per property sales.
Ensure that the key accounts are effectively managed.
Ensures to submit consistent property sales plans every month or quarterly for corporate sales review and revenue updates.
Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager--
