Sourcing new clients for the general insurance products through a mix of new and follow-up calls, both cold and referred. Also, responsible for client retention as well as selling new products in the New accounts
Keeping track of competition in terms of product and performance device strategies to market the products better
Devising strategies with the management for micro macro expansion of business
To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA
Provide support in client servicing / underwriting, placement of business including claims.
This profile will also involve travelling across the region.
Independently handling Lead generation and should be self-motivated.
Resolving query, servicing issues and escalation the same to desired level.
Coordination with operations/ technical team for servicing.
Engage in corporate outreach, generate leads and new business retail opportunities for Personal and Miscellaneous lines of business.
Responsible for generating new business with specific focus on GMC, GPA and other personal lines of business.
Interact and negotiate with various insurance companies to get competitive quotes and terms for the aforesaid lines of business.
Achieving targets and productivity in terms of revenue generation
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
