We are looking for a fast Data Operations Specialist to effectively manage large amounts of information. The target is to add, update, curate and maintain accurate data on computer systems and in archives.
Responsible for Collecting and Entering Data, Updating Changes, Maintaining Sheets, Organise Files and Paper Works.
This role will be on a contractual basis for the first two months after which based on the performance, an offer for a long-term role with us will be rolled out.
Maintain text based and numerical information in excel/spreadsheets from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify the accuracy, curate, and sort information
Review data for deficiencies or errors, make corrections and check the output
Follow data operations techniques, instructions, and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Please note: Keeping information confidential is of paramount importance
Should be well-versed with using a computer
Working knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
