1) Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. 2) Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 3) Inter department coordination with the different departments (Accounts and Logistics) for status collection and dispatch. 4) Monitoring of Sales Team & they are working while they are on the field with Field Assist. 5) Updating data of Super Stockist, Distributors, Beats/Markets & Sales Team in Field Assist. 6) Maintain client prospect data-based management.
