Minimum 1 yr of experience as Inside Sales Executive in Manufacturing / Engineering preferred

Provide prompt and courteous customer service Work with prospects to determine their requirements Conduct professional, engaging sales presentations Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions Overcome objections of prospective customers. Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position Maintain code of ethics, integrity and passion at all times Key responsibilities: To liase with customers by phone, electronic media and in person as the case may be.
To produce and analyses sales data about customers - using Excel spreadsheets and access database and any other relevant media To effectively communicate information to customers To report back to the sales team on a regular basis with relevant management information To attend regular business meetings as conducted virtually or physically. To develop the role of Sales representative within the company and to keep records of improvements and changes to the job description for future use.
