We have an Opening for the position of Executive- Sales Coordination in Entertainment Industry (Gaming Specialist).
Designation: Sales Coordinator
- Able to handle required coordination with the sales team, inter department &
- Excellent in coordination
- Maintain a record of all clients.
- Store and sort data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- To prepare and maintain the records ( sales , purchase, payment, receipt) of
online sales channel wise and update the top management
- To handle stock management on daily basis.
- To check payment received and transaction details through System and update the
finance team about the same.
- Ensure adherence to rules and policies
- Handle additional responsibilities as & when delegated by the Management
Good interpersonal skills to form
effective working relationships with people at all levels.
Experience as a sales coordinator will be added advantage.
Good computer skills.
Proficient with MS-office (especially Excel, Pivot Table).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with high level of dedication.
