Job Description

  • To undertake policy servicing by proactively reaching out and touch basing with customers 
  • To generate leads from customer interactions, and achieve the sales targets through direct selling to new customers
  • To ensure the quality of business achieved by complying with the set quality standards. 
  • To assist in revival collections by calling , meeting customers , taking help of channel partners and hit collection targets
  • To ensure and Process the end to end Policy servicing requests within the defined TAT.
  • Interact with customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. 
  • Review the financial agreements of the customers atleast once in a year.
  • Ensure sound relationship with customers and leverage it for up sell and resell.
